Her experience on the builder side gives her clients an invaluable perspective - from understanding construction and contracts to recognizing quality, value, and opportunities others may overlook. Today, Carrie works with buyers and sellers throughout the Eastside and greater Seattle area. Whether helping a client prepare a home for market, navigate a competitive purchase, build new, relocate, or make a lifestyle move, she is known for providing clear guidance, thoughtful strategy, and skilled negotiation from beginning to end. A longtime Eastside resident, Carrie has an extensive understanding of the communities she serves and the nuances that can influence value from one neighborhood to the next.
