Sam has helped me with selling properties ranging from a 24,000 sf commercial building governed by a host of regulations stemming from the historic neighborhood in which it existed, to an off-the-grid cabin on Mt. Rainier which was governed by a host of regulations stemming from the Forest Service. He works within all the murky and Byzantine industry protocols and checklists, but latches onto anomalies or odd hiccups in the selling process like a rat terrier on speed, quickly distilling the issues and shooting them down like bottles off a fencepost.
